1. Robotic radical prostatectomy

Total in Singapore: 3 to 4 weeks.
Post-operative PSA monitoring (every 3 to 6 months for 2 years) is managed by your oncologist at home, with records shared remotely.
2. External beam radiation therapy
Sessions Monday to Friday, 15 to 20 minutes each, over 4 to 8 weeks. No hospital stay required.
Total in Singapore: 4 to 8 weeks.

3. Seed brachytherapy
A one-time procedure under general or spinal anaesthesia, taking 60 to 90 minutes.

4. Lutetium 177 PSMA therapy (theranostics)
Each cycle: an intravenous injection of 20 minutes, followed by 2 to 3 hours of observation.
